Micafi Purchasing Service Terms and Conditions

Micafi provides international purchasing and auction support services, enabling customers to conveniently, transparently, and securely access reputable global e-commerce platforms and auction marketplaces. Acting as an authorized intermediary on behalf of customers, Micafi assists in purchasing, payment processing, and international shipping of goods in accordance with customer requests.

These Terms and Conditions are established to clearly define operating principles, service usage conditions, the rights and obligations of involved parties, as well as regulations regarding purchasing procedures, costs, order cancellation, and refunds. By using Micafi’s services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to comply with all provisions set forth in this Policy.

1. General Principles

Micafi: is a platform providing purchasing support services for international e-commerce marketplaces and auction platforms upon customer request. Micafi operates solely as an intermediary and does not directly sell or own any goods. All transactions facilitated by Micafi are conducted in compliance with applicable international laws and current regulations on e-commerce and consumer protection.

Customer: refers to any individual or organization seeking to purchase goods from international e-commerce platforms or participate in international auctions through Micafi’s services. Customers may be individual consumers or businesses, provided that they supply complete and accurate personal and financial information to ensure smooth payment and delivery processes.

Goods Ownership: Micafi is not the owner of the goods and does not engage in direct sales activities. Micafi acts solely as an intermediary to purchase goods on behalf of customers, assisting them in accessing products on international platforms that they cannot or have difficulty purchasing independently.

2. Service Usage Conditions

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

(i) Providing complete and accurate information regarding the products to be purchased, including product links, descriptions, images (if available), prices, and any special requirements (if any);
(ii) Carefully reviewing all product information prior to submitting a purchase request, including quality, pricing, warranty conditions, and seller terms;
(iii) Providing complete and accurate personal information, including full name, address, phone number, and email address, to enable Micafi to process purchasing and shipping procedures;
(iv) Making advance payment of the required deposit or full product value, including shipping costs, taxes, import duties, and all service-related fees as requested;
(v) Complying with applicable laws and regulations of the customer’s country of residence as well as international legal regulations when using Micafi’s services.

Micafi does not support transactions involving products that violate the laws of Vietnam, the United States, or any other country or territory related to the purchase, transportation, or importation of goods. In all cases, Micafi shall not be liable for any risks, losses, or unsuccessful transactions arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer that affects the purchasing, payment, or shipping process.

3. Purchasing Process

Product selection and request submission: Customers select the desired product, carefully review all relevant information (description, images, pricing, transaction terms), and then submit the product details and purchasing request to Micafi.

  • Advance payment: Customers are required to make an advance payment equivalent to 70% of the total order value or the full order value as requested by Micafi.
  • Purchase execution: Micafi proceeds to purchase the product from international platforms according to customer requests and handles all related payment and shipping procedures.
  • Receiving goods and order completion: Once the product has been successfully purchased and delivered to Micafi’s warehouse, customers will be notified to receive the goods using the agreed delivery method.
  • Auction purchasing process: conducted in accordance with Micafi’s “Auction Policy”.

4. Quotation Process and Service Fees

4.1. Total Order Cost Includes:

(i) Value of the goods to be purchased;
(ii) International and domestic shipping fees in the country of origin based on the customer-provided address. Initial shipping fees are calculated based on estimated weight and volume and may be adjusted after actual measurement;
(iii) Applicable taxes and import duties (if any), subject to regulations of each country and legal factors;
(iv) Purchasing service fees charged by Micafi, including order processing, management costs, and related support services.

4.2. Cost Notification

Micafi provides an initial quotation based on estimated weight and clearly informs customers of all cost components prior to executing the purchase. After shipment and actual measurement, Micafi will notify customers of any additional charges (if applicable), including shipping fees, import taxes, and other related costs.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. Customer Rights and Obligations

(i) Request Micafi to provide full product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and related conditions;
(ii) Make full and timely payment of all incurred costs;
(iii) Take full responsibility for reviewing product information prior to purchase; Micafi shall not be liable if the customer overlooks important details;
(iv) Commit to full responsibility for the goods and products requested for purchase.

5.2. Micafi Responsibilities

(i) Perform purchasing services honestly, within the authorized scope, and maintain confidentiality of customer information;
(ii) Notify customers and refund any advance payments if the product is unavailable or cannot be delivered;
(iii) Handle payment, shipping, and tax declaration procedures (if applicable) as requested;
(iv) Not be liable for issues arising from shipping, customs clearance, or events beyond Micafi’s reasonable control.

6. Regulations on Used Goods

For pre-owned or used goods:
(i) Customers must make 100% advance payment of the total order value;
(ii) Customers accept the condition of the product and shall not file quality complaints upon receipt;
(iii) Micafi will assist in contacting the seller if issues arise; however, return shipping costs (if any) shall be borne by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

(i) Customers may request order cancellation before Micafi executes the purchase. In such cases, Micafi will refund the amount paid, excluding service fees (if any).
(ii) If cancellation is requested after the product has been purchased, service fees will not be refunded.
(iii) In cases where products are unavailable, cancelled, or delivery fails, Micafi will refund 100% of the amount paid by the customer.
(iv) For cases involving damaged goods or incorrect products, exchanges and refunds shall be handled in accordance with Micafi’s “Goods Return and Refund Policy”.

8. General Provisions

(i) Micafi reserves the right to amend or update this Policy without prior notice; such changes shall not affect completed transactions.
(ii) Any disputes arising shall be governed by United States law; the competent courts in California shall have final jurisdiction.
(iii) Micafi is not a seller and does not provide warranties or usage instructions for goods purchased from overseas.
(iv) Micafi commits to assisting customers in resolving issues arising during the purchasing and shipping process, while protecting customers’ legitimate rights within the permissible scope.

The Micafi Service Usage Policy serves as the legal basis to ensure transparency, clarity, and consistency in the provision of international purchasing and auction services. Full compliance with this Policy helps ensure smooth purchasing, payment, and shipping processes, minimizes risks, and protects the legitimate interests of all involved parties.
