Fees Customers Pay When Purchasing International Goods via MICAFI

When using MICAFI’s international shopping or auction services, customers will pay three main categories of fees:

Overseas Costs

These are fees incurred in the country where the purchase or auction takes place. They are determined by the seller or the foreign marketplace.
MICAFI only pays these costs on behalf of the customer.

International Shipping Fees to Vietnam

This is the cost of transporting goods from MICAFI’s overseas warehouses to our warehouse in Vietnam.
  • Shipping fees depend on:
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Type of goods
  • Shipping method
MICAFI will inform customers of the estimated shipping cost in advance so they can plan accordingly.

MICAFI Service Fee

This is the fee paid to MICAFI for handling the entire international shopping and auction process.
Notes:
  • MICAFI’s service fee is calculated as a percentage of the order value.
  • The detailed fee rate will be clearly communicated to customers before any transaction is processed.
  • Each fee category serves a distinct purpose and is clearly separated to make tracking and reconciliation easy for customers.

How the Total Cost Is Calculated

Total cost = Overseas costs + International shipping fees to Vietnam + MICAFI service fee
