Guide to Tracking Your Order Status After Payment

Tracking your order status after payment is an important part of international online shopping. This guide shows you how to check your order progress, so you know exactly which stage your items are in—whether they have been packed, shipped, or delivered. As a result, you can estimate your delivery time more accurately and better protect your rights. If any issue occurs such as a missing item, damage, or wrong item delivered, you can quickly report it and request timely support from MICAFI.

How to Track Your Order Status After Payment

To check your order progress after payment, simply follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Open Your Order Quotation Link

The order link is included in MICAFI’s quotation email and usually looks like:
https://oms.micafi.com/ma-don-hang.
When you click the link, the order details window will appear so you can see the current status of your order.

Note: For auction orders or Make Offer orders, MICAFI will contact you in advance to confirm that you have won, making it easier for you to track your order.

Order has been purchased by MICAFI but seller has not shipped yet, so no tracking number is available
This is a paid order. MICAFI has placed the purchase, but the seller has not shipped yet, so there is no tracking number at the moment.

Step 2: Check Each Item’s Status Until It Arrives at MICAFI’s Vietnam Warehouse

Each item in your order may have its own tracking number, which is the shipment number provided by the overseas seller. This tracking number typically appears after MICAFI completes the purchase and updates the tracking information. It is an important reference used to manage and track your shipment. Next to each item, you will see the tracking number, the current status, and the latest update time.

How to view details:

1. Click View details or click the item’s Tracking number. A shipment timeline will appear, showing exactly which stage the item is in on its way to Vietnam.

2. In this timeline, you can track each item’s status with accurate timestamps. The 12 basic statuses include:

  • Order created
  • Order confirmed
  • Payment received
  • Purchase completed
  • Tracking updated
  • Received at overseas warehouse
  • Checked out for flight
  • Customs cleared
  • Arrived at Vietnam warehouse
  • Handed to local carrier
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

With this status table, you can always stay updated on your order progress and estimate your delivery time more easily.

Step 3: Track the Final Delivery Progress

Once your shipment arrives in Vietnam, the MICAFI order link will automatically update the overall delivery status to help you estimate when you will receive your package. However, for more detailed and accurate tracking, we recommend checking the local delivery tracking number directly.

Specifically, MICAFI will send you a delivery notification email with the tracking number. You simply open the email → the system will display the tracking link, for example:
https://oms.micafi.com/chuyen-hang.
On that page, click “Shipment Journey” (top-right corner) to track each delivery step until your package is successfully delivered.

Common Questions When Tracking Your MICAFI Orders

While tracking shipments, customers often encounter the following questions:

Question 1: I have used MICAFI many times. Sometimes multiple items share the same tracking number, but other times each item has a different tracking number. What does this mean, and does it affect anything?

Answer: A single tracking number for multiple items usually happens when the seller packs those items together and ships them in the same parcel. In this case, you only need to track one tracking number to follow the entire journey of the items in that parcel.

  • Different tracking numbers may occur when items are shipped separately from different warehouses or from different sellers. In this case, each item has its own journey, so you should track each number to see the exact progress.
  • Whether items share the same tracking number or have different tracking numbers does not affect your rights. It is simply how the shipping system manages parcels. You can still be confident you will receive the correct items you ordered.

Note: The tracking number is the shipment number provided by the overseas seller and is used to track each parcel’s delivery journey.

  • If one order contains 3 product links from 3 different sellers, there will typically be 3 different tracking numbers—each tracking number corresponds to one parcel.
Example: In the quotation link above, the first two items share the same tracking number while the third item has a different one. All items are shipped by Amazon, but depending on Amazon’s packing method, the first two books may be combined into one parcel (same tracking), while the third is packed separately (different tracking).

Question 2: My order has multiple items. Some items arrived earlier—can I receive them first?

Answer: By default, MICAFI will wait until all items arrive before delivering to you. If you want to receive the items that have arrived first, please contact MICAFI to request partial delivery.
Note: You will need to pay the remaining balance (if any) for the first batch when receiving it early.

However, MICAFI has found that this method may not always provide the most accurate results. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend checking directly on the MICAFI website following the instructions above whenever your order has new updates.
