Micafi provides international shopping assistance and online auction support services, enabling customers to access reputable global e-commerce platforms and auction marketplaces in a convenient, transparent, and secure manner. Acting as an authorized intermediary on behalf of customers, Micafi assists with purchasing, payment processing, and international shipping upon request.

This Service Usage Policy is established to clarify operating principles, service conditions, rights and obligations of the involved parties, as well as regulations related to purchasing procedures, costs, order cancellation, and refunds. By using Micafi’s services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with all provisions set forth in this Policy.

1. General Principles

Micafi: is a platform providing international shopping assistance services for global e-commerce platforms and online auction marketplaces upon customer request. Micafi operates solely as an intermediary and does not directly sell or own any goods. All assisted transactions are conducted in compliance with applicable international laws and regulations governing e-commerce and consumer protection.

Customer: refers to any individual or organization that wishes to purchase goods from international e-commerce platforms or participate in online auctions through Micafi’s assistance services. Customers may be individual consumers or businesses, provided they meet all requirements related to personal and financial information to ensure proper payment and shipping.

Goods Ownership: Micafi is not the owner of any goods and does not engage in direct sales activities. Micafi acts solely as an intermediary providing shopping assistance on behalf of customers, helping them access products on international platforms that may otherwise be difficult or inaccessible for direct purchase.

2. Service Usage Conditions

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

(i) Providing complete and accurate product information, including product links, descriptions, images (if available), pricing, and any special requirements;
(ii) Carefully reviewing product details prior to submitting a purchase request, including quality, pricing, warranty terms, and seller conditions;
(iii) Providing accurate personal information, including full name, address, phone number, and email, to enable Micafi to process shopping assistance and shipping;
(iv) Making advance payment of the required deposit or full order value, including shipping fees, taxes, import duties, and service-related charges;
(v) Complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the customer’s country of residence and relevant international regulations when using Micafi’s services.

Micafi does not support transactions involving goods that violate the laws of Vietnam, the United States, or any other relevant jurisdiction related to the purchase, transportation, or importation of goods. Micafi shall not be liable for risks, damages, or transaction failures arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.

3. Purchasing Process

Product selection and request submission: Customers select the desired products, carefully review all relevant information (description, images, price, transaction terms), and submit shopping assistance requests to Micafi.

  • Advance payment: Customers are required to pay a deposit equivalent to 70% of the total order value or 100% of the order value, as required by Micafi.
  • Purchase assistance execution: Micafi proceeds to assist with purchasing products from international platforms, handling payment and shipping procedures.
  • Goods receipt and order completion: Once the products are successfully purchased and delivered to Micafi’s warehouse, customers will be notified to receive the goods based on the agreed delivery method.
  • Online auction process: Auction-related transactions are governed by Micafi’s
    Online Auction Policy.

4. Quotation Process and Service Fees

4.1. Total Order Cost Includes:

(i) The value of the goods to be purchased;
(ii) International and domestic shipping fees at the origin country based on the customer-provided address. Initial shipping fees are estimated based on expected weight and volume and may be adjusted after actual measurement;
(iii) Applicable taxes and import duties, subject to regulations of each country and potential legal changes;
(iv) Micafi’s international shopping assistance service fees, including order processing, management, and related support services.

4.2. Cost Notification

Micafi provides an initial quotation based on estimated weight and clearly informs customers of all costs prior to executing the purchase assistance. After shipment and actual measurement, Micafi will notify customers of any additional charges.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. Customer Rights and Obligations

(i) Request full product information from Micafi, including descriptions, images, pricing, and relevant conditions;
(ii) Pay all incurred costs in full and on time;
(iii) Assume responsibility for reviewing product information prior to purchase;
(iv) Accept responsibility for goods requested through shopping assistance.

5.2. Micafi’s Responsibilities

(i) Provide international shopping assistance services honestly, within the authorized scope, and protect customer information;
(ii) Notify customers and refund advance payments if products are unavailable or cannot be delivered;
(iii) Handle payment, shipping, and tax declaration procedures (if applicable);
(iv) Not be liable for issues arising from shipping, customs clearance, or events beyond Micafi’s reasonable control.

6. Regulations for Used Goods

For pre-owned or used items:
(i) Customers must pay 100% of the order value in advance;
(ii) Customers accept the product condition and waive quality-related complaints upon receipt;
(iii) Micafi may assist in contacting the seller; return shipping costs (if any) shall be borne by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds

(i) Customers may request cancellation before Micafi executes the purchase assistance. In such cases, refunds will be issued after deducting service fees (if applicable);
(ii) If cancellation is requested after the product has been purchased, service fees are non-refundable;
(iii) If the product is unavailable, canceled by the seller, or delivery fails, Micafi will refund 100% of the amount paid;
(iv) For damaged or incorrect items, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with Micafi’s
Return & Refund Policy.

8. General Provisions

(i) Micafi reserves the right to amend or update this Policy without prior notice; such changes shall not affect completed transactions;
(ii) Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United States, with courts of competent jurisdiction in California serving as the final authority;
(iii) Micafi is not a seller and does not provide warranties or usage instructions for internationally purchased goods;
(iv) Micafi commits to supporting customers in resolving issues arising during international shopping assistance and shipping within the scope of protecting customers’ legitimate rights.
