Shipping Policy

The Micafi Shipping Policy sets out the conditions, scope, and responsibilities related to the delivery of goods to customers after international shipments have arrived at Micafi’s designated local warehouses in the destination country, through Micafi’s international shopping or bidding services. This policy aims to ensure that the delivery process is carried out in a transparent, consistent manner and in accordance with Micafi’s actual operational procedures across different markets.

By using Micafi’s services, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions set forth in this policy.

1. Scope of Application

  • This policy applies to all orders that have completed international transportation and customs clearance and have been consolidated at Micafi’s local warehouse in the destination country.
  • It applies to domestic delivery from Micafi’s local warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer within the applicable country or territory.
  • This policy does not apply to the international shipping stage from overseas to the destination country, which is governed by relevant international shipping or service policies.

2. Commencement of Domestic Delivery

  • Domestic delivery time is calculated from the point at which the order has arrived at Micafi’s local warehouse, completed inspection, and is ready for dispatch.
  • Micafi will notify the customer once the order meets the conditions for domestic delivery.
  • Delivery processing time is calculated based on business days and excludes Sundays and public holidays applicable in the destination country.

3. Delivery Methods

Micafi delivers orders through:

  • Domestic courier partners designated by Micafi in the destination country; or
  • Courier services selected by the customer, subject to Micafi’s approval and operational feasibility.
  • The specific delivery method (door-to-door delivery, delivery to a pickup point, or warehouse pickup) will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic delivery time depends on the delivery address and actual transportation conditions in the destination country, with estimated timelines as follows:

  • Same city / metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days.
  • Intercity / suburban areas: 2–5 business days.
  • Remote or hard-to-access areas: 3–7 business days or longer, depending on actual conditions.

Delivery times may vary due to objective factors such as weather conditions, traffic situations, courier capacity constraints, local regulations, or other force majeure events. Micafi will notify customers in the event of any significant changes affecting delivery timelines.

5. Domestic Delivery Fees

Domestic delivery fees are calculated based on actual weight, package dimensions, delivery address, and the applicable rate schedules of the local courier service at the time of delivery.

Delivery fees may be:

  • Notified in advance during the order placement and initial quotation process; or
  • Updated after the goods are weighed and their actual dimensions are confirmed at the receiving warehouse. Depending on the type of goods and package characteristics, fee notification may be provided immediately or after all necessary inspections are completed.

Customers are responsible for paying the full domestic delivery fee at the time of order placement based on Micafi’s initial quotation.

Note: If the actual weight or dimensions of the package differ from the initial estimates stated in the quotation, Micafi will inform the customer of any additional or adjusted fees (if applicable) before proceeding with delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete delivery address information and a valid contact phone number;
  • Arranging for a recipient to be available at the expected delivery time;
  • Inspecting the package upon receipt, including quantity, external condition, and seals (if any);
  • Recording an unboxing video in accordance with Micafi’s instructions as supporting evidence for complaint handling, if required.

Micafi shall not be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Inability to contact the recipient;
  • The customer’s refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery:

  • The local courier service may attempt redelivery in accordance with its internal policies;
  • Any additional costs arising from redelivery, storage, or return of goods (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer;
  • If the customer fails to receive the goods within the prescribed timeframe, Micafi reserves the right to handle the order in accordance with applicable agreements or local regulations.

8. Micafi’s Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability

  • Micafi is responsible for coordinating with local courier partners to deliver goods in accordance with the information confirmed with the customer.
  • Micafi shall not be liable for risks beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, regulatory restrictions, or faults attributable to local courier services.
  • Any delivery-related complaints must be reported to Micafi by the customer as soon as possible in accordance with relevant service policies.

9. General Provisions

  • Micafi reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy to align with operational procedures and applicable legal regulations in each market from time to time, and will notify customers accordingly.
  • Any amendments shall not affect orders that were confirmed prior to the effective date of the revised policy.
  • This policy constitutes an integral part of Micafi’s other applicable terms and service policies.
